Reception Tilgate Park Trip

One Monday 1st July Reception went to Tilgate park. They walked there beautifully looking in the woods for a Gruffalo or a bear. When we got to the Nature Center the children were able to stroke and learn about a variety of animals including a snake and an owl.  

They then walked around the nature park before heading back to school. Despite the weather being warm and sunny they didn't complain once! Well done Hedgehogs and Owls!

After a trip on Monday, meeting new teachers Wednesday and Sports Day on Thursday you would think Reception would deserve a well earned rest, but instead we asked them to perform an assembly... and they didn't disappoint! They sang beautifully spoke clearly and were a joy to watch - Well done Reception your teachers couldn't be more proud of you!
